This hotel is at the heart of everything you want to see. The location could not be any better! The staff were very friendly and the room was clean. We had a beautiful suite that had the bedroom and bathroom upstairs and a living room and kitchenette downstairs. It was far bigger than we would have thought. The room was only accessible via stairs so if you have mobility issues that is something to note for this particular room. We were thrilled with our experience and would stay there again. Also the parking (for a fee) was located a very short walk away and it was in a secure parking complex.

Parking was 22$ Canadian/day and a couple of short blocks away. Gym access was across the street - didn't use. I didn't have the breakfast option and only used the restaurant for a drink @ night. The restaurant was apparently sublet to someone and not actually a part of the hotel although it was off of the lobby. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Our comfort room was a nice size. It was quirky in that the sink and bathtub were inside of the room. The shower and toilet had a sliding door. Overall, a pleasant stay, just different. It was located near the base of the Funicular in the Old Port section, I think. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The hill is steep.

Hotel is in a great and convenient location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Size of room was small, but that was ok for us. Bathroom was way too small. No counter space--ZERO. Which was frustrating. Parking was challenging to find, but all worked out fine! We loved old town Quebec!
