The staff was friendly and accommodating. The food and service was excellent. I was able to walk safely where I was going and it was an easy ride to and from the airport.

The hotel was clean and very nice. The staff was friendly and professional. Everything smelled nice and our room was immaculate. The beds were surprisingly comfortable, like the type you go looking for a tag on so you can buy one for home.

I really enjoyed staying here although I didn’t use everything. I was pleased that there were tea options for the kourig machine. I also loved Dawson’s. I’m a vegan and Juan and his manager went over and above to see I was happy and I was! Awesome dinner. Loved the music that was near Amourath. He didn’t have much of an audience but I enjoyed that he was there for the short time I sat and listened. Well done Hyatt!

The hotel is great. Everything well from checking in with Marilyn, to the cleanliness of the room. I would simply recommend that if you need a good night's sleep, request a room that does not overlook the swimming pool area. Even on a Sunday night, there was a group of people still really loud at 1:30 a.m.

When we checked in the guest service representative seemed uninterested to greet us, cater to us or anything. She didn’t give us any information about the hotel (I.e. pool hours, breakfast, etc.) when asked a question she responded rudely. Other than that everyone else was great and the service excellent. The room is a bit outdated and there weren’t amenities in the bathroom. There is noise coming from the parking lot or surrounding area. You can hear others.

Great check in with friendly staff. Everyone was welcoming from the guy at check in to the service at the bar. Property was clean and located in a very convenient place to the Golden Center - shopping and restaurants.

Comfortable beds and pillows, but for $300/night I would expect the room to be cleaner. There were a half dozen pretzels, dust and a dirty napkin behind the TV console. Also, the steakhouse is overpriced for the bland food.
