"When we arrived, we received an unexpected upgrade to a lovely room!! Check in staff were friendly and seem to enjoy their jobs. I didn't rate the breakfast due to not someone who eats breakfast. I fly to Germany often and always stay at this hotel. "

"Morning Shuttle service was excellent, they run 24/7 which is a plus for early flights. Friendly staff. Rooms were great. Will highly recommend. Although we did not get the shuttle from airport to hotel (our mistake) city bus was very convenient n a block away. "

"We arrived earlier in the morning and left our bags to go find some coffee, there is a lovely cafe a short walk away. The hotel is clean and modern and nice comfy bed. Location is excellent and a 20min walk from the New Old Town, the walk is lovely along the river. Recommend staying here. "

The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of choices with high quality and freshness that made for a great start to each day. The location is another big advantage; it’s conveniently close to Skyline Plaza shopping center, making it easy to access shops, restaurants. The hotel is also well-situated for exploring Frankfurt, with good transport links. I would definitely recommend I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay."
