The room was just fine—nothing fancy, but everything that you would need (although, oddly, no fridge). But we arrived at a time when the airport shuttle bus wasn't running and tried to call the hotel repeatedly, to ask the best way to get to the hotel from the airport, and nobody picked up, for well over an hour in the middle of the afternoon. The finally picked up and said that there had been only one staff member and they had been busy checking in guests and couldn't answer the phone, but didn't seem particularly apologetic. There should be instructions in the welcome email, explaining how to get to the hotel if the shuttle is not running. Also, a small (0.5L) bottle of water in the lobby costs €4. Ridiculous. Overall, I was not impressed with the service, but thought the building and room itself were fine.

I did not like that the only option for dinner was a $25 buffet. Breakfast cost $15 which was high based on what you got. Also had to pay for airport shuttle which you do not in the US. Very male dominant staff and guests which made me feel uncomfortable traveling as a single woman.

I've stayed in NH hotels before and the value fir money is good. Rooms are spacious. This one even had a very nice restaurant for dinner and breakfast. The only issue I had was with the air condition thermostat. It seemed defective. The room was rather warm and uncomfortable during a hit summer day & night.

It was nice to have a swimming pool. Some of the guests swam in the nude, which was uncomfortable for me. It may be nice to have signs up to indicate policies about that.

Room was never properly cleaned, floor and carpet was always dirty even after being “cleaned”. Sheets in the bed were never changed the pillows smelled and had stains. My room key stopped working a total of 3 times. I attempted to dine at the restaurant a total of 4 times and was never able to.

Airport shuttle is to run at the hour and half hour. Was outside early for 9:00 shuttle, which apparently got stuck in traffic. It arrived at 9:15 and then the driver insisted that because of the traffic we now had to wait to leave until 9:30 am. This is a SIGNIFICANT time difference and could have been handled much better!!!

This is a very modern hotel in the middle of Raunheim (an unexceptional town near FRA airport). It has all the facilities you would want. My room was very comfortable, with a small fridge, a safe and air-conditioning. There's a small swimming pool and a large sauna area. The car park is large, though it was almost full when I was there. Across the road is a Jet petrol station, which is great for rental car refuelling. After many visits, I still find the roads around FRA confusing. So I was glad of my car's nav to get me from the hotel back to the airport.

The staff was very helpful, specially one of the restaurant servers (never got his name, sorry). The bedroom was very comfortable, and the location was great. Very close to a train station. What we did not like was how slippery the bathtub was and that there were no safety bars in the bathroom. I think that is a safety issue. My travel partner is an older lady and could not take a shower while we were at the hotel.

Das Hotel hat alles was man braucht, auch das Fitnessstudio und die Sauna kann man ohne extra Gebühr nutzen. Ein Punktabzug gibt es, da ich bisher immer Haare im Badezimmer gefunden habe, was besonderes in der Badewanne nicht schön ist.
