Only thing that let it down was the area the bottom of the stairs which we walked down instead of waiting for the lift. We had to walk over broken dirty tiles to get back into Reception. Otherwise faultless and would definitely return."

The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, ensuring that all my needs were met promptly and professionally.
