"The room didn’t appear dirty, but it smelled bad and felt unclean even after housekeeping. I did not feel comfortable staying. I was booked for five nights but left after one, even payed for the 2nd night I didn’t use because I wanted to leave that badly. The front desk was also defensive when I raised these concerns. "I booked this particular hotel because they advertised a pool only to find out it was closed for repairs. I also had to have a lightbulb replaced, found loose tiles near the 2nd floor elevator, and found the continental breakfast to be lacking."

"The pool and hot tub were such a relaxing way to end a big night. The staff was very accommodating and even recommended some places for my group to explore. I booked 4 rooms for 4 couples. They made sure we were all on the same floor. All the rooms were clean, tidy and decently sized. My one concern was how wet the floor was in the hallway, once the staff was notified thay quickly took care of it. Overall a wonderful stay, would recommend and would stay again!"
