"The staff on reception were very friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable, but we were disappointed with the shower, which needs updating. The grounds are lovely, and it is a good location for a short drive into TW. Our biggest disappointment was with the breakfast. Some of the cooked items were overdone, and the food was slow to arrive and not hot by the time it reached us. We also felt that the breakfast staff could have been more attentive."

"I only have one criticism and that is the parking. Having booked through Expedia I was disappointed on arrival that there were no parking places available. I spoke to the reception who advised me that I could have booked reserved parking, unfortunately this information was not given to me by Expedia. I also think that with the number of places available preference should be given to people staying as opposed to people using the public bar. Tonbridge Wells is not an easy place to find parking. ...

"On arrival all staff were showing great excitement which my wife was not aware of what was in store for her. The room was perfectly set for her birthday. It showed the staff (Viv) went above & beyond to decorate the room that brought joy to my wife on her birthday. Thanks to all the team and management for welcome us with such a fantastic experience. "This hotel was perfect for our early morning flight. We took the train to Gatwick and the hotel was close by. Right next to the security check and a few restaurants which was very convenient. Tiny room but had everything we needed. The only thing we didn't like was the shower that was open in the bathroom so everything gets soaking wet!"
