"The building was very secured. When we arrived Alexandria help us enter the building and showed us how to get to our room because the instructions was a little bit complicated. The place was near every sites and to the metro.

"A wonderful hotel! It houses an incredible collection of original Italian design pieces from the 1950s. The first floor was designed by Gio Ponti and features original period furnishings! An incredible experience! These are pieces you’d find in the world’s finest museums. Breakfast is just as fantastic, with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Castel dell’Ovo and chairs by Carlo de Carli! An incredible place with a fantastic staff. For design lovers, this is a must-experience."
"We had a wonderful stay at UNA Naples. The staff was personable and professional. The restaurant was fantastic for breakfast and late lunch. The cocktails were also delicious."
"The first room we were assigned was located directly in the lobby area with the door facing the front desk, which is very noisy. We paid extra to upgrade to a room on the second floor.
In the next morning We found ants on the bathroom floor, and many ants on a white pillow in the upgraded room. When I brought the pillow case which was inside out with ants sealed inside to the front desk. The 1st staff said you should bring it back to your room... later on a 2nd staff came to our room and told us they had only found ants in rooms on the first floor and had never seen ants on the second floor. He asked whether we had brought food into the room, which we absolutely had not. He even suggested—while pointing two fingers at us—that the ants might have been brought in by us from a train or airplane, which felt inappropriate and unprofessional.
In addition, the safe boxes in both rooms did not work.
Overall, the hotel felt more like a 2–3 star property and did not meet the standards expected of a 4-star hotel."
