"Hôtel très bien situé dans Naples. Personnel très agréable et chambre spacieuse et propre. Le point négatif: c'est très bruyant. Notre chambre etait côté galleria umberto donc il y a beaucoup de monde qui y passe jusqu'à très tard (mac do en dessous jusqu'à minuit) et ça résonne beaucoup. On entend également tout ce qu'il se passe dans les couloirs de l'hôtel et dès 6h30 on entend le personnel preparer le petit déjeuner."

"Great Hotel to stay in Naples with a toddler and family. I booked two rooms Brazil and Singapore. Both rooms were very spacious!!! The beds were comfortable and the showers were great! The shower had great water pressure! If you have an energetic toddler the Braz room was huge enoough for them to run around if needed. "Das Zimmer bzw. die Wohnung ist sehr groß und hat eine perfekte Lage. Wenn man mittendrin ist, muss man auch mit der Lautstärke leben. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und durften nach dem Auschecken sogar noch unsere Koffer dort lagern. Diese Unterkunft ist für einen Städtetrip in Neapel ideal."

"Location is good, quiet and close to the center. The room itself is nice, spacious and recently renovated. Beware that the steps up are substantial. Also, this is essentially a renovated apartment and the « lobby » is right outside the door of all the rooms, which makes for a noisy morning. "

"We had a great stay! Communication was great. Emailed the morning of with very specific details which was very helpful. Location of hotel was perfect, near the port and shopping. Skyhouse gave us the name of a driver they use to help people get around and he was amazing! We used him many times throughout the stay, honest and great guy! Took the worry out of having to get a taxi. Great service start to finish!"

"First off, it's NOT a Hotel, it's an air BnB. NOT what I Wanted. Air Conditioning was NOT Working, They Opened a Window and Supplied Me with a Fan. Being that I Slept with The Window Open it Was Hard to Sleep with All the Noise coming from Outside. I Tried looking for another Hotel, but EVERYTHING Was Booked or Out of My Price Range.
