Great, very modern and stylish accommodation with great, as-new furnishings. Everything is really right here and the manager and staff are super helpful. The location right by the harbor with direct connections to the boat lines, the airport bus and the subway is simply perfect. There are plenty of places to eat and shop all around. Overall, this guesthouse is the ideal retreat after a long and exciting day in Naples. We fully recommend this accommodation and would be happy to return.

NAP Luxury Guest House Municipio is fantastic. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly attentive and welcoming. They were available at all times to assist us with anything we needed, making us feel truly cared for during our stay. One of the highlights was the great recommendations they gave us—whether it was dining at local gems or finding the best shopping spots, their suggestions were always spot-on and enhanced our time in Naples. Great place to stay in Naples

This is a great place to stay - friendly, clean and everything worked. Good breakfast and facilities. Would definitely stay here again if in Napoli. Just don’t trust the Google map directions - it’s behind a green door just before the main road past the cruise port.

He recommended the top places to see, along with recommendations for lunch and dinner, based on our preferences. It was unsual for me. Nicoló is a great host. He knows the town, the places, the tours, the restaurants. All of his recommendations were not only correct but very accurate. Great rooms with a lot of attention to details and several amenities such as a minibar, a water heater for tea or coffee, bottle drinking water in the room every day. We stayed here for a week and loved every second! The guesthouse is located in a super tourist friendly area of the city, which made all our outings and activities easy to access. The room was big and very clean. The staff was fantastic, they made us feel very welcomed and safe, and helped us arrange several activities and taxis. We also loved the breakfast each morning, which was far superior to most continental breakfasts we’ve had. We cannot recommend NAP enough and will surely stay again!
