Amazing Find!

This apartment style hotel was absolutely fantastic. The room was beautiful and had a great view, bed and shower were super comfortable, and everything was clean and well-stocked. Antonio was friendly, helpful, and wonderful to communicate with - he gave excellent directions, was very friendly and thorough with information about the stay, and proactive about any issues we may face (such as a battery dying in the remote). Will recommend this place to everyone staying in Naples!

Relais Castel Nuovo is a great location, directly across the street from a metro station. There are many great restaurants nearby. Antonio is a wonderful host and is eager to help you with anything you need. He recommended many great restaurants and help with general navigating to our chosen destinations. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable and has all the amenities you could need, including a washing machine! I can't recommend this stay enough. If we are ever in Napoli again, I will definitely stay here once more.

Clean, safe and a great host

Antonio made this a wonderful experience. He contacted me when I made the reservation and was helpful answering all my questions. He sent pictures of the building and which door to come in. The apartment was modern had everything you needed and was very clean. It is a very safe building which made us feel comfortable. The view of the port is amazing. We ate at a very good restaurant that was just around the corner.

We received some very helpful instructions to locate the property and a wonderful welcome from Antonio when we arrived. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom and kitchen facilities were ideal and the washing machine and iron was a very welcome surprise. The property was also very safe and secure. I would definitely recommend this accommodation.
