"観光・フェリー利用の立地、スタッフの対応は最高でした。レストランの予約やタクシー呼び出しも、快く引き受けてくれました。最大3部屋のために用意された朝食も、とても良かったです。 施設面では、コンセントの不具合と椅子が一つしか無かった事が残念。建物のエレベーター利用に10セントが必要だった事は驚きでした（ホテルのスタッフが用意してくれましたよ😉）"

"Ein tolles Hotel, das man nur empfehlen kann. Die Lage war top und alles im Hotel auch. Unser Zimmer war gross und wir konnten sogar Stunden vor dem Check in schon ins Zimmer weil es schon fertig war. Das frühstück war sehr vielfältig und mit einem tollen Blick über die Stadt. Unser Highlight war der beheizte Whirlpool den man bis 0 Uhr verwenden kann, ebenfalls mit Blick auf die Stadt. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend & immer sehr bemüht und freundlich! "

The property looks nothing like the pictures and the room was dangerously crammed, for example, to fit in a tiny table and two chairs, they are set up in front of the closet, so you have to move furniture into non existing spaces to access the closet. Do not be put off by the graffitied elevator in the main building (once you see the rest of Naples the elevator fits in with the city and is less concerning to your eyes), the hotel is very well kept, clean, quiet, and great amenities including a balcony jacuzzi and patio breakfast over looking the harbour.
