La ubicación del hotel es excelente, dentro de la Galería Umberto y a pocos pasos de los principales sitios turísticos de Nápoles. La habitación era muy amplia, bonita y con una terraza encantadora. El personal fue siempre muy amable y atento. Como único detalle, el ascensor en ocasiones requiere una moneda de 10 céntimos para funcionar; en recepción te la facilitan sin problema, pero conviene tener alguna de reserva si subes al hotel. En general, una estancia fenomenal que repetiría sin dudar.

Lovely property in a beautiful building, a bit hard to find the entrance (it’s inside the galleria, on one of the entrances near the centre). The signs point down a dodgy street. Area is great for everything nearby!

It was hard to find the place. The entrance is hidden inside the shopping mall. They needed to give detailed instructions.,but they did not The room was nice, except the bath instead of the show. The area around the galleria is a beautiful, architecturally stunning. The hotel staff was nice and we received a bottle of champagne on arrival. However it was difficult to access the hotel from the street. When we first arrived we had taken the ferry into the Port of Naples, there was not a Porter at the ferry or any clear instructions on how to get to the hotel. When we arrived to the hotel we had to bring multiple suitcases up a large staircase. I had asked the front desk for help but there’s only one person there so they could not leave or help us and additionally said that this service they normally offer. I think for any access points are difficult to bring up bags to the hotel and then subsequently to your room and a small elevator. They really need to have additional concierge services or porters to help bring luggage up. Also you have to use a little coin to operate the elevator which the front desk does give you but this was not told to us. In order to get in and out of the gate you have to press a certain button, again this is not that difficult but no one explained this to us at the front desk at time of arrival
