"The room was not clean. Broken glass, spider webs, only two hand towels, The bedding was not fresh. No extra toilet paper, no tissues. It's hard to say it was a terrible stay because of the location. The island is so beautiful and the hotel looks good on the outside, just have low expectations for inside. After we cleaned the room and purchased our own bedding, got supplies, the rest of our trip was amazing!! "

"Nice exterior and pool. Great location. Friendly staff and service with the exception of the concierge. Rooms clean but need updating. Every appliance made a racket when in use. The stove didn’t work, it was left unplugged. The TV was a nightmare to program. Have gone there several times, will probably go again, but not sure. "

"Very nice hotel in an extremely convenient location - you are in the middle of Kauai with easy access to every part of the island. Across the street there is a grocery store, abc store and a lot of food places / ice cream. The hotel itself was clean, staff was very nice & easy to get a hold of. Very family friendly, there was a lot of kids. Pools were kept clean and there’s a beach you can walk to from the hotel. Very nice hotel &"

"The photos in the listing were inaccurate, showing view from a second floor unit. This is why I booked this ocean view property. However we were given a first floor unit and told we couldn’t rely on the photos. Very clean. Comfortable bed and good water pressure in shower. Shower was warm but couldn’t get a hot shower."
