"Excellent value for a London hotel. FIve minutes walk to Paddington Station or Hyde Park. Lots of nice restaurants and pubs nearby so the minimal hotel bar and breakfast were no bother. "Great location. Kettle and tea provided which was appreciated. Single room was very small but adequate- had everything I needed. Air conditioning was hard to control - was on the whole time and quite noisy. I thought I was getting a walk-in shower but it was a bath with shower which proved to be quite a challenge - a rubber mat would have helped as the bathtub was very slippery and made exiting dangerous."

My room was very nice (renovated walk-in shower) and staff allowed us to check in early at 1100 vs 1500. Breakfast was good except for the coffee, and all staff treated us well.
