Wonderful hotel and very friendly staff!! Loved our stay here. We only wished for a pool/hot tub. Not a lot to do in Red, so that option would have been nice.

For a ski resort the fact that there are only two saunas, no hot tub and no pool was very disappointing. The staff were excellent DHF the service was good. The Velvet restaurant was also quite poor. The food was expensive but eat over flavoured.

Great location! Nice facilities but missing hot tub, steam room, ice bath or similar things that most hillside hotels have. Restaurant has a very limited menu that is all about being fancy with limited value of what's being served for the price. Service is pretty awful. Nice people, but so slow.

What a beautiful hotel set right at the base of Red Mountain. I was on a family vacation to the area for the first time and the Josie Hotel may have spoiled us for anything else! The sauna's were great as well and young adult kids really enjoyed them and the ski & boot storage that is available too! Highly recommend this stay!

Rare Gem.....the ambiance, tranquility, and wonderfully relaxing atmosphere was truly unexpected. The food was also spectacular and the service top notch. Wish we could stay longer!

The Josie is an expensive property and I have high expectations for paying the price I paid for one night. The room was lovely, the hotel was lovely, however, in the middle of lots of construction which could not be blamed on the hotel. We arrived on the date of the Broken Goat marathon which was exciting, however, changed how the food service was delivered and we did not know this in advance.. For breakfast buffet which was excellent food, we didn't realize that we had to pay extra for juices. There was no cream available for our coffee. Breakfast was to end by 10 am and we were there shortly after 9:30 and there was no fruit left on the buffet. Picky? Perhaps, but we paid a good price for food and service. In the bathroom, I would suggest safety grips in the shower and a small table or stool where toiletries could be placed for use by clients. The staff were great, by the way. Thanks.

Amazing property! Funky vibe and unbelievable location. Staff were so nice and helpful. Ski concierge service is the best!! Restaurant had great food and the bar area is really nice for a drink. I’d suggest making reservations before you arrive if possible to make sure you get the times you want. We loved it and will definitely be back!

we bought tickets to the new year’s eve dinner. Seated at 5:30. We we’re done at 8:10pm. The delivery of food time between courses was very slow. the staff were great, the food was amazing, but service time from the kitchen was slow. My so missed out night skiing as he waited until dinner was done.
