Arrived at.5.30pm but the room are still not housekeeping. Give them enough time we come back on 9.00 pm. The front desk tell our room are ready to check in. But when I check in the room are very dirty....have so many hair and baby powder under the floor, table and at tv cabin... The freezer are licking, bath room and toilet door are stuck and not in good condition...the kettle are creck but still can use... Overall it not the good experience to stay again....indah kabar dari rupa..

Hôtel pratique au environnement calme proche plage.personnel très serviable. Isolation phonique catastrophique. On a été levé tôt par les portes et les conversations. Idéal pour une étape. Piscines petites. Pas de restauration a côté en voiture a 2/3km.

海から近くいいロケーションにあるが、ホテルは山の近くにあり初見だと海があるか分からない。 プールは多分隣のホテルとの共用で子供達が多く、大きくもない。 だが価格は安く、ホテルに大きくを望まないのであればいい所である

There’s nothing special about this hotel and out of my family expectation. My family complained that room too smelly and didn’t provide towel for shower and room quite dirty. And the room isn’t completely ready for check in.

Pool besar 👍 Toilet busuk..masuk bilik ada air ditepi katil..cadar dan sarung bantal dah lama tak tukar..bilik 4 org towel cuma 2 helai..bila minta towel sampai balik pun tak dapat..perabot tv dan kebanyakan peralatan dah lama..

The location is good but overall the resort condition is in need of lots of improvement.Very sad to say "Nice Spot" but terrible management from room service, house keeping and lousy breakfast. My sincere opinion mostly visitor could consider your resort regards to the location but once check-in they definitely will not come again ever or recommend to others. I pity the staff whom worked there....need entire improvement immediately.

strongly not recommended this resort. the image of the pool is belongs to the nearby resort. this resort no restaurant and swimming pool. the pool image give wrong expectation to those who looking for good quality resort. the nearby resort swimming pool is dirty and crowded. the children and adults are not wearing swimwear but with long pants and t shirt and no officer to control. I cannot use the pool because was too crowded. the room was dirty and no worth for money at all. this resort spoil my vacation and mood. please avoid this resort.

Must change management or at least increase staff.

Terrible as facilities not up to the standard of 3 star hotel n apprmt. No remove for tv. No wifi at room. Take longer time when we call n need something to be sent to the room.
