Rosharon Hotels with Swimming Pool

"Check-in wasn’t great. I had to call to someone from the back after a couple minutes and then wait for her to get off her cell phone. I had a question about the cafe (which is just their bar/restaurant), but she seemed in a hurry as others were waiting too. Then I - along with about 10 guests- waited for five minutes for an elevator to reach the lobby. Guests said this was happening a lot (it was my only time). Finally the shower in my room didn’t drain properly, so I was standing in water. Overall, disappointing and overpriced in my mind"

"The food menus were lacking in variety and appeal. The pozole I ordered consisted of only broth, dried out meat and garbanzo beans- it was tasteless. I was expecting more Texas or southern dishes to be offered. There was no option for decaffeinated coffee anywhere in the hotel, except the in-room coffee. For the price, the hotel turned out to be a disappointment. "

"We been members of Hyatt since 2018, and we love it, rooms are clean and fresh, we are comfortable staying here. Everytime we travel, we stay at Hyatt because we feel safe, the staff does not disappoint, bilingual staff is a plus for my family, we enjoy the breakfast, the only think that i do not aggree/disliked is the fact that we need to pay for parking, i wish it could be included w the stay. "

"I had a short stay. I was only there for a concert. I didn’t have to the time to enjoy the whole weekend. For the most part things were clean. I do suggest they start looking down when cleaning and behind the trash bins in rooms. The staff were welcoming of course, the complementary coffee bar was a nice idea. "
