"The rooms without a balcony are very hot at night. Need a fan or a screen on the window to prevent the bugs from getting in. No fan in the bathroom made it steam up."

"We were given an accessible room and it was true adapted to meet many needs. Room 12 had a roll in shower, many grab bars, low light switches and everything important could be reached from a sitting position. It was on the second floor with an elevator 10 feet away. We didn’t need any modifications for ourselves but wanted people who might a description of the room."

"Our room was so nice that I thought we got taken to the wrong one, but it was the one I had paid for: a two-floor duplex better than some apartments I've lived in. Several patios with amazing views, a private sauna, two beds, two baths. Perfect location in the cutest part of Bolzano, 10/10 would recommend."

"The room was clean and modern and had a great view of the mountains. I especially liked how the bed faced the windows so you can wake up to great views. The hotel also had good self service facilities for drinking water, hot water and ice. The ice came in useful as I injured myself during a walk and it was useful for cold compression. The staff was friendly and on hand to answer queries. Breakfast was decent too. The location was really convenient as it was near the main bus stop service...
