"The beakfast was fresh, A/C worked fine........unfortunately there was a period of about 4 hours w/o water. I was not in my room when the front desk tried to reach me and there was no phone message or even a note slipped under the door. I stayed at this same hotel last July (first floor) and thought it was excellent.......This time I was put into a well worn handicap room (NOT requested) on the third floor. "No cart for luggage had to carry luggage to room asked for another pillow because pillows were flat and wore out lady at desk said they did not have extras but she would check and see if she could find one and she would let us know room wasnt the cleanest air conditioner did not work properly all it wasnt at all like it was advertised . Very outdated, ceiling piece were falling on the blankets. Would never stay again. "

"Yes, A/C was effective. Shopping closeby (walking distance) but did not have time...only an overnight stay. Everything was great except that the office doesn't open until 9 AM (needed to be on the road by 8AM) and no one answered the phone to help you. But, main problem with that was the key card was already deactivated before 8AM, which made it impossible to re-enter, unless someone let you in, so you can slide the keycard under the door of the room you stayed in. No instructions on how/where...

"Whole property stinks of weed! Smokers everywhere! Online pictures are deceiving. Very old and dirty rooms. There were flies and mosquitoes in the hallway, mold in the window seals, broken tiles in bathroom and noisy floor! Not good for families with kids. Breakfast is close to nothing.. Terrible experience!"

"The room smelt like incense were burned 24/7. Every towel I received had nasty stains on them. The bathroom shower was dirty, with hairs that did not belong to me. 3 of the 4 pillow cases were stained or dirty as well as the top blanket. The floor definitely had not been mopped or swept. When the cleaning person came, the took the trash and replaced the towels with more dirty/stained towels. Lastly, there was blood splatter in the ceiling in the restroom."

"The large 3 bedroom apartment worked under our circumstances but there were many problems. Getting access to the building on the day of arrival was tedious and took almost 45 minutes--the access codes did not work, and calling for assistance took many tries. And late in our weeklong stay, we started receiving messages about NOISE complaints which was NOT us! Too many calls and messages about this, very annoying. The apartment was in the basement and the three small windows really didn't help...
