"Natalie at the front desk was amazing! So was the entire staff. Hotel was beautiful and our family had a blast. Only minor suggestion would be regarding the temperature of the indoor pool. It was pretty cold. Our kiddos didn't mind but I didn't last longer than 5 mins in it. Great experience overall though."

"First time staying here and it was great! The staff was friendly, our room was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We didn’t have to get up at 4 am to make it to breakfast, it didn’t end until 10, which was perfect! Great place to stay if you’re seeing a concert at the MegaCorp Pavilion!"

"The breakfast was okay, it’s nice that it’s offered. The person that’s in charge of cleaning up the area and restocking items that run out acted like she didn’t wanna be there. The water pressure was not great, but rooms were clean. Overall, you can’t beat the location. I would stay again."

"I thought there was a continental breakfast included because it was in my search filters. Instead you can buy breakfast so that is deceiving."

"I loved staying here, I felt like a famous person here. This was the best hotel I have stayed in, in a while. I would definitely use this hotel when I come back to visit. The only thing that was blah was the elevator went down to only one. But visitors and staff still were pleasant and helpful on not making the situation stressful."
