Room had everything I needed. Very hot water, tea kettle, even umbrellas. The staff was very friendly and very prompt in their communications. It is loud but they provide ear plugs. I’m use to city living with heavy vehicular traffic so it doesn’t bother me. Very close to everything and walkable to most destinations, or public transit if you choose.

The hotel was within walking distance of most attractions, and they were able to arrange transportation for us from the airport. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms were lovely, and the terrace was wonderful. The shower was a little small, but other than that our stay was great!

Conveniently located nice hotel in Rome.

The Roman Terrace was very clean and comfortable. The hotel was well located being only 3 blocks from aroma Termini and only 2 blocks from the Basilica of St. Mary Magiorre. There are many restaurants in the area. We would definitely recommend the Roman Terrace when in Rome.

The hotel is located less than 10 minutes from the Roma Terminal. It's very convenient to walk around to the places of interests. Outside the rooms there's a little kitchenette with coffee, tea, microwave oven and it leads to a nice cosy patio. The room is spacious, clean. Stayed 3 nites, and it's one of the best we had so far after visiting 6 Italian cities.

Great location from the train station. Clean and good size room. Nice coffee station and terrace to enjoy the coffee. They even have an elevator for luggage to get to your room. Not sure why people complain about noise windows are pretty sound proof. No complaints here.

Had a fantastic stay at Roman Terrace, perfect location for dropping cases off and getting out and about Rome. Some really good restaurants within a couple of minutes walk. When travelling with a 5 month old baby this hotel provided everything we needed including comfortable cot and microwave. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the roof terrace was an added bonus. Bedrooms were a little rough round the edges but the bathroom was modern and the whole place was spotless and smelled lovely.

Property exactly as listed. Room was clean and everything worked. I had to get in much later than the check in time but someone in my group was there earlier. I communicated with the staff through expeidia and they allowed her to check in. They were accommodating and promptly responded. The area around the station is not great but easy access to metro or walking to most of the city. Overall solid.
