"Clean room and convenient airport shuttle. We checked in around midnight waiting in a very long line for one clerk who worked very hard. Later a second clerk was made available. Everyone tried very hard to be helpful and as we were very tired from our flight."

"we had ants in our room, and have came home with loads of bites. we reported this to reception, they sent someone up to spray the room and change the sheets. We got given sheets and changed them ourselves. the next day, the ants returned. we told reception again and then finally on our last night ..."

"We loved hu fabulous rome.the accommodation was lovely ,clean and had everything we needed,the air-conditioning was wonderful and needed, the staff were really friendly all around the camp,we couldnt fault anything,the shop was reasonable and had everything we needed,the custard donuts and the croissants ..."
