Had a great stay! An instruction video was provided in advance to give us further instructions on how to gain access to the property. We stayed in the white room and there were lots of amenities (jacuzzi, Netflix, breakfast, comfy bed, etc.). Would highly recommend this property for your stay.

Clean and quick

The room was cleaned which was the most important thing for us, the self check in was easy for us. We just used the room to sleep there and take a flight next day so the location with some restaurants around was good for what we wanted it for. They also place coffee and bread in the room so it offers a quick snack for any time of the day and really good just to grab and go.

It's OK if you just need a place for the night.

The place is very close to FCO and very clean. Getting in is an intresting experience (ring, get buzzed in, find a lockbox, enter code, get a set of keys for 3 doors.) The room is very simple with very basic (thin) mattress and bedding. The bathroom is large for European standards but has no place to put soap/shampoo in the shower. It is also very clean. Breakfast is milk and a few cereals. The taxi to FCO is 30 Euros.

I loved that it was close to the airport for my stay to catch an early flight. The cleanliness and ambiance of my room was excellent. The staff communicated with me very well including during my late night arrival. I had difficulty in accessing the property and my room, but it was because I was so fatigued and had lost my glasses. They have a shuttle service to the airport which was great. I would totally recommend Il Faraone.

Excellently and thoughtfully designed property. Very comfortable bed, a small balcony to sit and have a coffee or a drink. A spectacular large bathtub with jets. Excellent communication and instructions. And try the pizza and desserts at Panificio Nur 2 a few buildings down. Walk to the beach 20-25 minutes. Ostia Antica is a wonderful ancient site.

Travelocity put this as a hotel it was a apartment on top of a tire garage. When they opened in the morning you couldn't sleep because of the loud noises coming from the shop it was banging drilling and talking for hours. I couldn't sleep I had to wear headphones or just leave. The apartment was clean. The people brought breakfast morning they were nice.

Fiumicino short stay

Nice place for short stay if you are using Fiumicino Airport and don't want to go to Rome. Ostia, Ostia Antica and Fiumicino are interesting places. It is very important that you rent a car as public transportation is almost non existent.

Loved the room. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Jacuzzi tub was relaxing. Breakfast box / bag was huge and delicious. Common kitchen area was useful with real cutlery, bowls, cups, etc and a coffee pod machine (pods were in the breakfast bag). Good wifi. It's in a residential area so there weren't a lot of amenities in the immediate area. The room itself is above a tire installation garage but they were quiet until after 8:00 am. Traffic noise was noticeable until around 11:00 pm. Overall a pleasant stay.
