"Actually liked this place when we came in January 2025 so decided to stay again in June 2025. Best shower ever, promise! The water pressure is amazing! Although the property is older and the area isn’t great (but that’s downtown for you), the rooms are clean and we love the retro vibe. Great pastry shop (Paris Baguette) and burger place (Shake Shake) in the same building, and there is 1 to 2 taco trucks that park downstairs across the street every night and open till late, those tacos were bomb!...

"In Santa Monica for a UCLA medical appointment, the property is an ideal location for imaging and a doctor's office visit. The hotel is older and lacks some of the amenities found in other hotels, such as a pool or fitness room. Some of the rooms also feature a sink located in the room, separate from the toilet and bath area. The continental breakfast is just enough to grab something and go, but nothing fancy. Ideally, it worked for what I required from my visit to Santa Monica."

"I loved the staff, they were very nice and helpful. I like how the property is set up, clean and the pool area had nice pool furniture and lounge furniture. The room was very clean and the bathroom was upgraded. The parking was small but nothing to complain about. The door was just hard to close in the room but once i figured out how to close it without slamming it im sure my neighbor was thankful. "
