"I loved the hotel and it was a bargain price, no fault with it at all. The lady on reception was lovely, only thing that i thought "oh ok then" was when i saw the room cleaners in the corridor when i was leaving ,i smiled at him and saod mornkng, he just looked at me and didnt say a thing, but its early and hes at work so i cant blame him 😀 "

"Staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Comfortable, clean, tastefully furnished, good size room with air conditioning and quiet. A good city centre location, walkable from train station. Excellent choices for breakfast, which were delicious. Would stay here again."

"Excellent hotel , had a superior room with a view , but the only down fall was the air con wasn’t well in the room but other from that from the spa to breakfast top notch will be definitely returning in the future , the room was cleaned to a high standard to the staff on arrival was really welcoming, "

"Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Not badgered by staff, left to do your own thing which is important to us. We were at the front of thr hotel and in the night it can be busy and smoky. Air con didnt work throughout the night which was dissapointing but they did leave fanta lemon and vimto in the fridge so thats a win! "
