"The staff and communication were phenomenal, but the property is quite dated overall. The room stated that it had been fully remodelled, but that did not seem to be a recent remodel based on the bathroom and kitchen. The property was very clear that it did not have air conditioning. "The loft was beautiful! It has huge vaulted ceilings, lots of light, a big shower with two shower heads! Very clean. The only negatives were the road noise from the nearby freeway and the excessive chemical/soaps used on the bedding. Considering the building and its location the noise wasn’t terrible and the soap could just be because my skin is very sensitive to laundry detergents/softeners. The Kitchen is amazing. The couch and bed are very comfy. I’ll definitely be staying there again."
