"Advertised as DAILY housecleaning which is why I chose Shutters however EVERY SINGLE DAY I had to ASK for housecleaning services. If you cannot accommodate a way for bath towels to completely dry between showers then do NOT make me have to ASK for dry towels every day! Very outdated rooms and bathroom, moldy shower curtains. Worst hotel I’ve stayed in. Would not recommend"
