"This hotel lobby blew us away! It was very pretty inside but did lack the attention in the rooms. The rooms needed updating but the hotel itself was very nice for a 1 night stay! We loved the breakfast buffet even though we had to pay a pretty price for it. The steakhouse was very good too! Pricey, yes but so worth it. You can tell that its an older hotel on the outside but the pools were very nice and the beach was clean with outdoor games and umbrellas to use. Fruit-infused water was available next to the pools and ocean. The outdoor restaurant food was not great.. 5/10 and not worth the price. "

"Love the location of this hotel! Right on the beach, walkable to lauderdale by the sea and the water taxi. Wish we had an updated room and that they did early check in. "

"I love Margaritaville. My only surprise is that a hotel named after an alcoholic beverage has a ton of kids. It was impossible to find a calm area in the pool. The roof pool was closed off for a wedding, so we were disappointed to not have an adult area to unwind in. I don't mind kids, but we just like to relax peacefully. Room was very comfy and clean. Only weird thing is their doors in the bathroom, they are barn doors so you cannot lock it? Very odd when we did a couple's trip with siblings. But overall I love this hotel, and would go back. Food is good too!"
