"This is a great self service motel. The rooms are updated and clean, the staff is friendly, the breakfast(weekends only)is cooked fresh and is good. However, they don't service your room. You are told at check in that they won't enter your room for anything except maintenance. You have to go to the lobby and ask for everything you need including ice/toilet paper. It did have a microwave and refrigerator. You have to ask for an iron. You aren't asked how many towels you'll need during your stay....

"The room was very nice and clean with a great view of the river. The location was good , very close to the free area shuttle which made it a very convenient place to stay. The staff however was not very friendly or helpful."

We arrived like 2 or 3 hours before check in and they let us use the parking lot early and even got the room like 30 minutes or a hour after we arrived.
