"Great stay! I honestly have nothing but good things to say. Parking was a little tight, but we didn’t run into any issues. The staff was super friendly, and the hotel was really clean. Definitely looking forward to booking here again! Loved the location & the walking distance to Downtown Gatlinburg. "

"I stayed here to do some hiking in the Smoky Mountains. The location is great. It's walking distance to lots of restaurants and there is a shuttle that will pick you up right around the corner and take you into the national park. Emily ( I think that's her name. She is the blonde woman at the front desk) checked me in and was so kind and personable. She made me feel and assured I'd be safe as a solo traveller. I'll definitely stay here next time I come out. "

"Very clean. Close to the strip, mountains, stores & pizza shops. Nice balcony over the river - With the sounds of water rushing over rocks was very pleasant. The beds was very comfortable & the room had everything we needed. Great area & very friendly & helpful staff. I’ll definitely stay here again. Also - Very affordable. Well worth the money. I’ll be back. "

"The condo was amazing. Everything was as promised. Pictures were exactly as condo was set up. Few things I wished that were better was 1. Lamps or clocks with USB ports to charge devices. Chargers blocks are becoming obsolete so we didn’t really have any, and past hotels or rentals have had clocks or lamps with USB ports. 2. The main bedroom was hotter than the rest of the condo. "Workers especially Nathan were super friendly. Parking can be a problem. Chairs on deck over the river were very comfortable. We walked into Gatlinburg and we are old. The hotel is also on Free Tram route. I would stay here again. "

"The room was clean, the king sized bed was super comfy, and the location couldn't be better. We stayed five days and enjoyed every minute. This was the second year we stayed at Reagan Resort Inn, and we will be back again next year."

"Very nice !! One drawback is limited storage space for bedroom/ bathroom for personal items. An inexpensive improvement would be to add a second luggage rack in the closet for when 2 adults are sharing the bedroom !! OTHERWISE REALLY NICE Condominium for a short stay !!"
