Hotel Dekat Rio Rancho Public Library

"This hotel has a pool but it doesn't work...the pool area is actually a storage room. It was quite obvious that this place cuts corners everywhere they can even down to the coffee served at breakfast...it was watered down. The staff were great, I have no complaints. If you just need somewhere to stay that's clean so you're not on the street, this place will work, just don't expect it to be quality."

"Golf course view rooms had amazing views of the course. Staff was really good and friendly. We had a little hiccup on the room, but it was fixed immediately. Only complaint was the walls We’re not super insulated. I could hear the person next-door peeing in toilet and full conversation with his wife."

"If your just wanting a cheap room to sleep and shower then this is ok. Dusty room, no hot water (just luke warm), thin walls (can hear the neighbors, small tv (32 inch), no amenities, no ice machine, no drink or snack machine, elecator was down one day, and you had to ring a bell for front desk service. Breakfast was cereal and granola bars which was completely gone by 8am"

"Great view! Great food and restaurant choices and snack bars. Staff was very helpful, had lots of fun in the hot tubs…however the main club/bar closed 2hrs early and that was very disappointing tbh even though when I checked in they said they stayed open till at least 1:30-2am, but that night they closed at 11:30, and it was a Friday which was interesting when the bar was popping and the live band was doing great and engaging with the crowd."

"The breakfast menu unfortunately was not fresh when you have ham in the morning nobody wants a deli ham and that’s what it was. The eggs were not that great. I’m sorry to say but the breakfast I’m sorry it’s just doesn’t do well on top of that your machine for the orange juice, water, and cranberry juice overheat it so you had warm apple juice. "The breakfast was fine. Quiet stay. My only negatives were the pool (may have been out of season) and my shower would not drain properly. Other than that-this was a safe place to lay my head and rest."

"The room was clean but we found a can of Mountain Dew behind the sofa. Make me wonder if the room was cleaned or not, maybe someone just had forgotten to pick the can up. Great A/C. Building looked like it was renovated but at least it was renovated correctly. Elevator was slow. Wish the pool was opened longer like 10pm. Staff was great. Parking wasn’t bad , didn’t have to worry about my vehicle. Breakfast was what you expect. I’d stay here again"

"The place was convienient to other places we were driving to. The place wasn't very clean. The beds were comfortable. There was no housekeeping or fresh towels. Apparently, there was breakfast- no one told us. Large, barking dogs going in and out of the hotel & rooms. No one met us @ the front desk upon arrival, or any other time. We had to ring a bell & wait for a person to come out. "

"I was there to attend a wedding. When I was going to shower to get ready on a Saturday afternoon the water had been turned off. What an awful time to turn off the water. Construction was taking place and I hadn’t been made aware of it. That caused the pool to be closed. I would have liked to know all this as I would have gone elsewhere."
