"The room smells clean as you come in, always a great start. Spotlessly clean. Rooms are ensuite with a little kitchen area, all decorated differently. We had a little table to eat at as well. Chocolates and home made Welsh cakes with milk in the fridge was a nice touch. Self check in with a pin code key box. Building felt secure. Great views of the hills from the top room. "I'm sure I could have given 5 stars for everything had we been able to stay. Never received check-in information and Stayright couldn't confirm our booking even though I emailed receipts of payment and booking details from Wotif. Said problem had something to do with booking through Wotif. Took 3 hours to reach a solution which in the end was finding us another property to stay in. That part we were extremely grateful for, but the whole process was extremely stressful."

"We feel we need to give some constructive feedback, first impression the apartment was clean and tidy, but when we open the cooker we found a baking tray full of fat. In the bathroom the towel holder was missing and just screw holes where one used to be. The description about the apartment is also incorrect it says there is outside space with patio furniture, this is obviously a general description for other apartments as ours didn't have outside space and we wouldn't have booked the apartment...
