"We booked this late in the evening after we left another hotel that was terrible. From the time we pulled up with the Vallet to the Front Desk person the service was amazing. Front Desk person asked if we had ever been to LA after we said it was our first time he said "then let me get you a room with a view" and it was a view. Centrally located and easy walking distant to everything we would stay here again. "

"The bathroom had mold on the walls. I see this a lot unfortunately in hotels. I don’t stay at super cheap hotels. Besides that, the hotel was super cute and the room was really nice. Just not so pleasant shower. "

"The room was great! I had the king suite and it was spacious, super clean, the bed was so comfortable I slept like a baby. I almost missed my meetings because I didn’t want to get out of the bed! The pillows were just as soft! The shower had dual heads and easy to use. The room was awesome. I would definitely stay again. The valet gentleman are very nice, accommodating and helpful. The front desk staff not so much. Maybe the ladies were having a bad weekend or something but they seemed as if you were bothering them. Their attitude didn’t match the greeting and welcoming demeanor of the valet staff. Once you get past them, the stay was great. Would’ve been a perfect 10 if the front desk staff was better. "
