"Toilet will not plush - you have to press it several times. Light in mirror bathroom is not working. A security person told me that I can not have the coffee cup that we have in the beach area. We bought coffee in the premises and kept it inside the Yeti cup to keep it hot. I look around and several guests have the same thing but only approach me not them. Is it because I look Asian??"

"View from our room was amazing. Hotel is clean, but dated. Pool is nice. Lots of music noise from neighboring resort property"

"The room wasn’t ready when we got there and I kept having to go back through the line because it was already after 4pm. Finally at 4:30 she got us a room. Then they’re knocking on door at 10:45am to clean it asking when we’re leaving. For $400+ dollars, it be nice to have a room for the correct length of time."
