Dear Mr. Afandi, We truly apologise for the ordeal you had to go through. We have communicated with Expedia and have arranged for your full refund. To clarify this matter, in reference to your reservations itinerary, as stated in the check-in instructions, there is no front desk/reception in this property, therefore guests are required to make arrangements for check-in at least 24 hours before arriving using the information on the booking confirmation. We did not receive any kind of communication from you. We have also so tried reaching out to you a day before and also on the day of your stay but to no avail (Could not be reached); in order to confirm with you on check in procedures, arrival times, late-check in notices. However, this matter is truly unacceptable and we will make sure you are properly compensated and take necessary actions so that such issue would not happen again.
