"The hot tub was not open at 9:00 a.m. when we wanted to use it in the morning and it closed early at 10:00 p.m. The bathroom was very dated and cabinetry had scratches. The sliding door opening to the outside was very narrow. The bed was much more comfortable than most motel beds and the pillows were nice if you like big fluffy pillows. The manager was very helpful and got our fireplace fixed right away."

"The room was cozy and beds comfortable. The pool was broken and hot tub was not working properly. The location is great, and the fire pit was nice."

"Great location and friendly staff. Room had everything we needed and hotel also has a lovely pool and hot tub plus fire pit and outdoor seating for enjoying the lovely views and sunset. Only downside was the thin walls which meant loud guests woke us up."

"The initial room they assigned us had a door leading to the parking lot area that didn't close or lock properly! To accommodate the non-working a/c unit, they offered a portable room heater. The walls were paper thin; you can literally hear the conversations of your neighbors and upstairs neighbor even if they were using their indoor voices. We experienced surround sound snoring from the adjoining rooms coming through the walls. Renovations seems rushed; there were nail strips left behind in our room from a nail gun. The breakfast area was small, cramped, and food was almost gone when we got there even though there was ample time before they stopped serving."

"Bad experience. False advertisement about the ocean view and balcony. Paid extra for ocean view room w balcony, but it turned out to be a typical for motels second floor walkway to the rooms instead of a bacony, so we were not able to keep curtains open because people were walking by? And so called ocean view was far beyond a busy a d load parking lot, liqueur store, major highway and a coastal bluff. Room was duty and smelly with a stain resembling pet’s poop. Aircon was not working but it was not possible to open windows for air due to noise. Awful. Do not stay there unless you are stranded on the road."

"TV was fussy. Called desk they said better after channel 30 Jacuzzi bubbles didn't work but it was hot. Beautiful views."
