"Because it was above a restaurant / bar, there was a lot of noise up at least 11 pm and probably beyond (we were exhausted on arrival from NA, so were able to sleep). The next 2 nights the restaurant was closed, but there were doing construction until past midnight with hammering and lots of noise. Not nice. Also, it was impossible to check in early. The hotel portion is above the restaurant / bar that is not open until 3 pm. We didn't realize this, so had to travel around with our suitcases...

"Staff were helpful. There was some miscommunication regarding parking. Trying to get in and out of the parking garage was a bit of a challenge as well. Having laundry, there was really helpful! You download an app and pay through your phone. No coins required! We did have a challenge with the handheld shower, staying up, so had to tie it ourselves. Also check that your door closes properly. When I have checked mine, it burst open without issue. So the maintenance person came and tightened it...

"Stayed for 2 nights.Great location for Canary Wharf. Reception staff were welcoming. Lovely hotel but could be improved by attention to detail. On arrival to our room the shower gel had not been checked and was empty, cleanliness could be improved the room was quite dusty and there were stains on the carpet, the robes provided one had two fairly big holes in it and wasn't up to the 4* standard. Water and biscuits were not restocked on day two.The sauna and steam room area were a great asset but...

"The room was clean with a hairdryer, iron and ironing board if you needed them. Breakfast had a good selection and the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable of the area and things to do. A 20 minute walk from O2."

"Given that this is in Canary Wharf the Uber boat stop is about 20min away and the next metro about 15min. There was no grocery store around the corner and the non-smoking signs were a bit excessive. The complimentary coffee machine was usually out of service in the morning when you actually wanted the coffee. We arrived during the London marathon so we had to walk a bit till we reached the reception. It was noted in the elevator that the hotel could not be reached by car that day - as arriving...
