"Room very good & clean. EXCEPT receptionist were not professionals enough.. they were impolite to us. "

"Breakfast was a let down especially as an Indian vegetarian family as there were not much options and it was the same menu for 3 days without variations"

"The wash basin choked and it took 2 calls for them to sent someone to clear the basin."

"Location was great. Easy to walk to all the sights of Malacca plus two massive shopping malls close by. The rooms were large but had a very musky smell that lingered for our 2 night stay. The two large curtains remained shut as 1. There is no view 2. No net curtains for privacy. The bed was also one of the hardest mattresses I’ve ever slept on (but we did sleep okay). "
