"Oom Bubble Boutique is gorgeous and unique. Despite our late evening arrival, we received a warm welcome from Gabriella and quick tour to get our bearings. The front desk were extremely responsive to our WhatsApp messages throughout our stay. "We stayed here with two families with 4 kids under 10 for two nights.They had so much for them to do. A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful making the kids food to order throughout the day and always finding things to entertain them. We didn't have our own car, but they happily drove us to local cenotes and even helped pick up a friend who needed a ride...

"This trip was fantastic. The staff was all incredibly friendly and helpful, which made the experience feel even more authentic. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and happy. The food was really good, too—lots of variety and fresh options every day. Even with some sargassum in the water, we still had a great time and enjoyed the beach and pools. I would return to this resort again. It was one of the best vacations we’ve had!"
