"The setting was excellent and location was very special but the food was very average."

"Lugar muito tranquilo onde as energias se revigoram , atendimento muito bom, hospitalidade e segurança , Internet funciona muito bem na acomodação. PARABÉNS"

"When we got to this property, we were very excited. It was beautifully located in the jungle and the rooms are individual huts. Very remote, very beautiful. We were pretty quickly surprised by the staff. Very few were helpful. We believe it’s because we don’t speak much Spanish, but we tried our best and even used translator apps and most staff just seemed annoyed with us. However, all was fine and well until a storm came. "Incredible stay, would come back in a heartbeat"

"Beautiful hotel"

"Everything was nice about the property. The location was a little further than we liked."

"“GLAMPING” is the exact perfect word for this hotel!  You are in the jungle.  This is a few miles out of town on a dirt road, so it does take a bit of extra time and effort to get there.  The “tents” are permanent structure on stilts.  Maybe a bit more like a fancy hut!  You can see the “bones” of the structure from inside, and it felt almost like being inside a huge whale’s rib cage!  Each is a nicely decorated self-contained unit with a very comfy bed, large bathroom, its own water heater,...

"Helpful and friendly staff, location is smack next to great restaurants and shops."

"I liked how the property was like a lodge and had nice walking trails to the rooms."

"The hotel is a standard type with beautiful grounds and pool. The rooms are clean and roomy with all the traditional comforts of contemporary hotel. The stay includes breakfast and dinner but the dinner service is basic. The staff is very professional and helpful- they assisted us with our last minute requests."

"Location is very good"

"This place offers a unique experience. Surrounded by trees we enjoyed the quietness of the forest. The restaurant serves a great variety of delicious food and the staff is super friendly. The rooms we got were a little bit outdated. Overall we had a good experience here,"
