The breakfast and restaurant (had lunches only) are very good. The room has earthy smell. Be careful of using the transfer service agent associated with the hotel. Experienced price raising right before arrival, which is not professional. Easily to find other service providers online with 20-30% less (private taxi).

Very nice hotel and it’s so peaceful! The pool is lovely and the restaurant for breakfast was so good! Easy to travel to the waterfalls and the town of Iguazu is a short drive away. Highly recommend

We stayed one night at the Reserve Virgin Lodge as part of our trip to Iguazú Falls. We loved the on theme jungle lodgings and quiet luxury of the rooms. The accommodation was very spacious, including the rain shower and bathroom. We enjoyed the bar and pool area as well as the restaurant and think this is a great hotel to make a visit to Iguazu top notch.

It is a very nice place ,but our room has a smell like wet odor, we did not change it because our stay was just 1 night. The restaurant was very good , nice pool, staff very professional.

Pictures on the Expedia site are of a newer building they have built on the property. We were put in cabins out back that needed renovation. Dinning hall was new and renovated Ms breakfast options were descent. Staff was helpful with our bags however the early check in was not available on any of our 3 rooms that we had booked. Didn’t get the Expedia VIP beverages or early/late checkins for members. Staff was friendly

The room was great, very clean and spacious! Restaurant was nice, we ate there every night of our stay. We can also recommend the free guided bike ride. The down side for us was how ´family friendly´ the hotel was. Probably a plus for other types of guests, but we couldn´t enjoy the pool because it was constantly occupied by playing children.

Room was not ready. It was ok we came early than checking in. Room was nice but smelled terrible. Floor extremely slippery. My husband fell in the bathroom. Next day no towels at 4 pm. Breakfast opened at 7am. Very old coffee in the lobby. Location was nice. We could not stay past 10 am.

Highly recommended logde in Puerto Iguazu

Great place to stay in Puerto Iguazu, strategically located to visit the falls. You will need a car though... Excellent breakfast. We found going out disappointing to eat dinner, but the hotel has a good restaurant with reasonable prices. We loved the way they cooked our "pacu" river fish.

Loved our stay! It was in the jungle, so it was quiet and private. The only issue we had was the door to enter the room and the sliding door to our balcony had gaps so it allowed for bugs and water to enter when it rained. We definitely got the full jungle experience! The staff was great!

Simple and dirty rooms, nice pool area

We stayed at the lodge for 3 nights with our two kids to visit Iguazu falls in December 2023. The pictures shown on hotels.com is not representative for the reality. The rooms are simple, they smell mould and there is a lot of mould in the beds. Very simple rooms. What is good is the pool and the pool area and the restaurant is OK. We would not stay at this lodge again at our next visit.
