Staff was very helpful, both the check in team and the day staff. We ate twice at the hotel restaurant and enjoyed both meals. We highly recommend this hotel if you are planning a trip to the falls.

Very nice hotel with excellent staff

Stayed 1 night and the staff is really nice people and very helpful. The breakfast is amazing! The location is quiet although on the main road. Convenient to get to Iguazu airport within 20mins by taxi.

Basic, aging hotel. Nice and clean. We arrived around 2 am and someone was there to open the door for us. Overall good value for a night stay to visit the Iguazo Falls.

Not a 4 star hotel but okay. Close to nat'l park

Hotel looked good from outside. Front desk service was good even though language barrier was there. Restaurant service was also good (for dinner and breakfast, which was not elaborate but okay). I found the hotel to be dated. Rooftop pool was being renovated. View from our room was quite poor. Location is not bad, and is close to the national park. Actually, the sign "Iguazu" is right on the side of this hotel. I won't say the hotel is bad but I did not feel like it was a 4 star hotel. Again, I give credit to the people at front desk, and restaurants. The lady who worked at the restaurant was pleasant and spoke pretty good English. The hotel has potential to be a 4 star hotel. Not quite there yet but I hope it gets there soon.

The hotel is close to the Iguazu Falls. You can get the bus to the falls just down the road from the hotel. The rooftop pool was nice to cool off from the hot weather. The staff was helpful and friendly.

It is time to take the "Grand" out of Grand Crucero, or invest many grand to put it back. Nice enough in its day, it is being run out as a cash cow with no investment to maintain it. Frayed towels, soap/shampoo dispensers not filled (in years by the look of them), lights burned out in dim halls, basic rooms with few amenities, etc. Run down but marginally serviceable. OK if the price is right and you aren't picky.

A typical overated and overpriced 3 starts hotel

Workers were fine and gentle. But managers just over rate and over price the hotel for what it offers. Basic conditions and services. Disperfects, heating barelly can keep 21 °c after all night on, shower lacks enought water flow rate, even so, sink barelly shallows enought water. Bad smell, small room. Located on an isolated area, dies not offer shuttle service. Definetelly is not an 4 starts hotel. Only worths is yoy pay less than 45 USD. People that never have traveled abroad South America, and have no comparative criteria, may be thibk is a luxury.

We got stuck in our room for over 30 minutes. The deadbolt wouldn't open. Thank God there wasn't an emergency or we would have been stuck on the 5th floor! Security has to escort you to your room since the restaurant is open to the public. I don't know what that has to do with it. Street parking in an unsafe area or park in their garage which is very tight. You have to wait for security to open and close gate. Definitely will not stay here again!
