"A very beautiful property just not the cleanest for the amount they want to charge. I'm thankful in the type of person that cleans every hotel before I stay or I wouldn't have been able to stay there at all. The amount of mold/mildew in the bathroom should definitely be addressed as their cleaning team definitely needs more training on basic cleaning methods. Other than the bathroom the rest of the hotel was clean and the staff definitely made up for the lack. I felt welcomed from getting out of...

"London House Hilton Chicago was fabulous. Great location. Wonderful view nice rooms rooftop bar is amazing, make reservations. For a quieter atmosphere the lounge on the second floor is a great place to hang out.. We’ll definitely stay there again."

"Beautifully appointed historic building, all updated. Super convenient location- 1 block from Michigan Ave, 1-2 blocks to trains to airport, suburbs. Right next to the El but I heard no train sounds at all. Felt safe. Clean, comfortable and spacious room. Had a great stay."

"This stay was 10x better than we were expecting. Everything was phenomenal. The room was so much more spacious and beautiful that the pictures did justice. The staff was always great. and you cannot beat the location! I would stay here again in a heartbeat and I will always recommend to my friends and family. The ONLY thing I would want changed is better toilet paper haha. After 6 days you need something a little nicer than Scott professional. Truly though, this was an amazing stay."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Aloft on Clark. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The room was very clean. The location was excellent. Would definitely stay again next time we’re in Chicago. My only suggestion for the hotel to add additional towel hooks on the bathroom. Thanks for the terrific stay!!!!"
