"SUPER GREAT UBICATION!!! In the middle of all Surfside fun (pier, restaurants, attractions, rental of stuff…) "

"The hotel could use some updating but the room is clean and well kept. "

"Staff was rude, no one ever came to check our rooms and when we asked for clean towels they said we had to wait to 11am to get towels. We never did! . Mind you we were there for 5 days and never had anyone come to the room to restock toilet paper, coffee, towels and etc.. They don't provide conditioner and they don't provide pool towels. They don't really have an indoor pool and hot tubs are have warm water. The best part of the hotel was that it was beach front property. "

"The property did not have clean towels at any of the pools and the shower coming from the beach did not work. Also, the rooms did not have the basic necessities like shower caps, shampoo, and conditioner. I did enjoy the breakfast buffet and the live music from the deck. The staff was very friendly."

"The indoor and outdoor pool looked nice and the water was clear. We did not use the pools or hot tub. We stayed at the beach. "

"The room and staff are just ok however, I was extremely disappointed in not having at least a free continental breakfast! Sure, you can buy breakfast for $15 but considering the price you pay to stay here, that’s ridiculous for a Four Points hotel! I’ve stayed at Four Points before and had a much better experience than this one. I will not stay here again."

"Property is very outdated. The linens and pillows are very worn. There was only cable TV, which was a little frustrating (couldn’t change the input to HDMI to stream or play video game). With that being said the room was clean, it is perfectly located on the beach (big plus), and the staff was very friendly. I know what to expect now and will visit again for a day trip"

"It was very crowded on Saturday so it made the property: like pool areas, a little bit dirty than I expected. Overall was good though, I got to enjoy the pools and beach more on Sunday and the coffee and breakfast from the cafe was yummy. "

"The room was nice and big. Easy check in and out. They did not give advance notice about breakfast not being served bc of that area being closed down to hold reams of new carpet. So that was an added cost to our budget."
