We were very excited to find a modern 4 bedroom vacation villa on Myrtle Beach oceanfront property for our planned year end “family reunion” stay. We were not familiar with the property, but the pictures looked nice, and the layout could accommodate us: the grandparents, daughter and son-in-law, teenage granddaughters, and son and girlfriend comfortably. Once we arrived and checked in for our stay, we were truly impressed and happy with our choice. The villa is a nice size and has a comfortable great room, with seating and dining for 8. The 4 bedrooms are generously sized, and the 3 bathrooms accommodated everyone. The beds were nice and comfortable. The decor has a light neutral beach vibe. There was sufficient space for everyone to be together, yet still be able to be private. The kitchen was well appointed, with small appliances, pots, pans, and bakeware for a family of foodies. Sufficient tableware, cutlery, glassware, and barware are also provided. We only brought a few extras. We also like having a washer and dryer in a vacation villa and enjoyed the combination unit provided. The views were amazing from the living room, the corner balcony, and all of the bedrooms. Everyone enjoyed multiple dolphin sightings. The pool and hot tubs were heated very comfortably. The location is great for those of us who do not enjoy the noise near the boardwalk. It was a family reunion stay, so the goal was to find a place where we could have the maximum time together, yet still be at t

The room was a semi clean. The carpet in the living room area needs to be shampooed. They may want to invest in more towels. Those towels were like a dingy white. I’m not a timeshare holder so I think some of the units are for hotel purposes, but they constantly kept calling for the telemarketing. That was not cool at all for time share. Other than that, it’s a beautiful property, but I think it’s time for me to move onto an actual hotel. by the way, I stayed there a year ago when it was kinda new and didn’t have a problem with the telemarketers calling. But they kept trying to get me to buy timeshare and I told them no and it seems like I stayed in that room before matter fact I think I did stayed in that same room but yeah I think it’s time for me to move on.
