"It was windy and rainy when we flew into Melbourne but we were able to get to the hotel easily and most of the walk was undercover which was good. It was less than a 10 minute walk from the Virgin luggage carousel to the hotel.
Check in was easy. The room was clean and comfortable and we got a free shuttle back to the airport at 03:30 the next morning which was handy, given the weather hadn't improved. We'd stay there again if we had a very early flight out of Tullamarine."

"Staff were helpful, room okay did not request king bed asked for a double booking made through Expedia. Room right near the lift which I know someone has to have but not ideal. "Perfekte Lage in Melbourne. Sehr stylisches Boutique Hotel - vielleicht etwas zu sehr… Super sind die großen Zimmer und Russell, der Hotelhund. "The breakfast and staff are always lovely. This was our second time staying and the room we had on the 4th floor was not great for sleeping in - unfortunately the surrounding venues/hotels had music playing until 3.30am that could be heard in our room (next time ear plugs are a must being a light sleeper).
Also disappointingly the pool heater was not as good as last year - it felt cool to touch whereas last year it was warm.. just the little extras that make a hotel excellent."

"We loved the proximity to the park but the whole experience was spoiled because each time any room turned on the tap, the pipework screeched like a call bell. This happens all night. Staff were very quick to help move us to a quiet floor and they were very obviously aware of the problem so I can't complain about the staff but the manager needs to sort out the problem."
