"Very good stay Mid Jan 2024 . Friendly staff willing to engage and provide helpful tips and suggestions . Breakfast good . Rooms are new , an issue with the air conditioning being too strong . They are working on this . Overall great . Location excellent to old town , an easy 15 min walk . "

Breakfast was varied and had something for everyone. But !! Best of all were the staff . Everyone from the moment we stepped out of the car were attentive and super friendly . "Tucked away from the noisy part of Hoi An, this is a very peaceful place. Beautiful old bonsai trees and a fish pond in the courtyard, which i had the view of during breakfast. Breakfast was made to order, so it was fresh and delicious. Staff were very kind and warm. "

"A beautiful family owned business who were extremely accommodating and had the warmest energy. Our room was an amazing size and the distance from the Homestay to the market was a leisurely stroll. The room was clean and provided fresh towels on a daily basis however, the air did have a sense of humidity within the room but this did not distract from the warm and generous spirit of the owners.
