"The hotel is good - it’s clean, the staff is very helpful & friendly, and I felt very safe. I used the spa and enjoyed it. This isn’t a hotel that you will spend all day at relaxing so it was perfect for my trip as I had tours booked all the time. I would not recommend paying ahead of breakfast to be included. Breakfast doesn’t start until 7:30am but my tours all started at 7 which was pretty disappointing. Additionally, there is a pool onsite but the photos make it look quite larger than it actually is which was also a bummer."

"It is an amazing location. The staff are fabulous. The spa great. The breakfast is amazing. We were return visitors. We were put in room without a window which was an issue for us but they offered to move us which was good. Well worth a visit for a few days in Hoi An"

"Ladies and gentlemen when i tell you that this place was amazing i kid you not. Chloe was amazing she helped me with every need and set me up with the Spa. La Siesta spa was great this stay was amazing from beginning till end. Clean rooms, amenities amazing and they stay restocking your room. I will definitely be staying here again. Thank you for the hospitality."

"Hotel is in a perfect location. Plenty of shops and restaurants in the area and about 10 minute tuk tuk ride to old town. Pool is great with lounge chairs and towels. Staff at the hotel were outstanding. Andrew the Manager. Nancy Tapie."

"We had an amazing stay and were truly impressed by the level of service at this hotel. From the moment we entered the hotel each day, we were always greeted by smiling and attentive staff. The team paid attention to the little details, from taking care of our daily needs to beautifully decorating our bed. These thoughtful touches really made our stay feel special. We did have a slightly unpleasant experience with the service at the spa. However, what impressed me most was how the hotel took the initiative to provide service recovery without us even asking for it. I had actually told them that 95% of our experience had been wonderful and that one small incident would not change our overall impression. Yet, they still went out of their way to make things right. That really showed us how seriously they take their guests' experience and service standards. Overall, we felt very well taken care of throughout our stay. A wonderful hotel with genuinely attentive service, and definitely a place I would recommend staying at when visiting Hoi An."

"Booked for 2 nights had to leave early the staff were great about and counld not of been more helpful and concerned, A very handy spot to stay only a quick grab to old town and we walked back from Old Town i think about 800 metres.Breakfast was fine for a smaller pleace."

"Perfect location! Walking distance to everything/short Grab ride. The continental breakfast was amazing and staff were helpful. I was able to book a last minute tour, which was arranged by the front desk. Would definitely stay here again!"
