"The hotel staff was so incredibly supportive and helpful during our 3 night stay. The room was large and comfortable and the area felt very quiet and safe. You can see the area around the hotel is still recovering from the flooding but that didn’t affect our experience at all. We are the epitome of showing up without plans so meeting Ruby at the front desk was delightful! She helped up book day trips, shows, dinners and massages! We loved every minute at the Gem and would definitely stay there again! "

Easy walk over the bridge to Markets and Tailor shops and an amazing Bahn Mi shop. Wish we had longer, could have spent 3 days easily. A great inclusive breakfast too. "
