Incredible staff, and a great hotel. Well worth the money. We were there during the flood and the staff were incredibly helpful and because of them, we enjoyed our stay despite the significant flooding outside. They were extremely attentive and helpful.

A fabulous place for a group of 11 to stay. Lovely rooms, amazing staff and service, great pool, close to old town but out of nighttime noise. Fab spring rolls at the locals restaurant next door. Loved our stay and cant wait to come back!

This is a fabulous property. Clean and stylish, the common areas are welcoming and provide comfortable furnishings to relax and enjoy your visit. The pool is a wonderful amenity and the restaurant provides excellent dining options. The room is comfortably decorated and has everything you need for your stay.

Perfect Hoi An hotel

This is a delightful hotel, modern and well designed with a great pool. Breakfast is of a high quality with lots of options. It is well located a few minutes from the river and a very short walk to old town. Lots of eating options nearby. The staff are very attentive and helpful. They provide free bikes. The room was well appointed with English shows and movies on the TV. I would highly recommend Cozy An.

Loved this place. The staff go out of their way to be helpful. We had a top floor room with a view across the rooftops and down the river. There was a small balcony. It copped the morning sun but was great in the late afternoon when there’s a bit of a breeze. Breakfast is good too.

Prgressively appointed hotel in the Go part Hoi an

Everything pops. Interiors and fittings that embody Vietnamese innovation. Flawlessly incorporated compact interior areas with a great restaurant, bar and pool. Very articulate massage and spa. A small walk to the Old City circuit. A short walk to the spectacular Memories show. My pick of many Hoi An visits. Oh, and Tony the Tailor around the corner

You know a vacation is an excellent vacation when you want to continue your stay. Cozy An Hoi An is an excellent example of what a hotel should be like. All aspects of our stay were looked after in a friendly and genuine manner by all staff and management staff. We could not be more pleased with them. The Cozy An Boutique Hotel Hoian was a wonderful boutique hotel. The River View room was awesome and had a great view of the river both during the day & at night to see the boat and lanterns. The best part of my stay was the wonderful and helpful staff. The staff was incredible at every point of my stay. The Spa was also super inexpensive and wonderful. Anr only a 10 minute walk to Town and the Night Market. A++++ experience.
